Welcome, freethinkers!
Central Minnesota Freethinkers is a nonprofit charitable, social, and educational organization created to foster a community of reason. We are atheists, agnostics, humanists, secularists, and freethinkers in and around St. Cloud. We live our lives happily free of dogma and the constraints of religion.
Social gatherings are held at various locations throughout the year. We also get together for coffee on the first Sunday morning of each month. Watch this site for location.
General membership meetings are now at 7:00 p.m. on third Mondays in February, April, and October at either the public library or the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship Hall in St. Cloud. In June and December we usually have a get-together around the Solstices.
Central Minnesota Freethinkers doesn't have an office or a postal address. There seems to be an open section of Hwy 10 just north of St. Cloud. I have not contacted the DOT to verify availability. It's a mile long, presumably because it's close to a city and gathers more litter. It has blank signs up starting a mile north of the 10/15 split.
Does anyone think we could assemble enough humanpower to tackle this twice a year? Minnesota Atheists already does the two-mile section immediately north of Rice, so there's some overlap in interest, I'm sure.
