Still trying to get the newsletter to Charter addresses

I've been on the phone repeatedly with Charter trying to solve the problem that none of the Charter addresses in the mailing list are getting the newsletter. Of course they tried to blame our host, Lunarpages, but I knew from the start that that wasn't the problem. I even got a call from a CA rep at Lunarpages, which is impressive for a budget host.

Charter's last word is that a number of you should contact them to complain, since supposedly someone marked our newsletter as spam and now it's being filtered. I'm not satisfied with that solution, and will continue to try and get the mail server whitelisted.

At any rate, Charter customers should check here for our newsletter as we get it back underway. This summer may be tough, though. Lives get busy.
